Weather
The special geographic situation of Andalucia, halfway between two continents and two seas (Atlantic Ocean and Mediterranean Sea), has provided this region with excellent weather conditions, with dry, hot summers and temperate winters.

Rains, except in the autumn, are sparse, except in very specific areas like Sierra de Grazalema, Sierra de Aracena, Sierra Nevada or Macizo de La Sagra. These weather characteristics vary according to the altitude of the different areas of Andalucia or the closeness to the coast, where the temperatures are milder in comparison with the interior temperatures. The average temperatures can vary between 16ºC and 18ºC and are lower with the altitude.
Another of the many attractions of Andalucia are the many hours of glorious sunshine that definitely influence the way of life and the happiness and hospitality of the Andalucian people.
